The NorthStar Culture
We believe in the three Cs: camaraderie, collaboration and community. Our offices are in a casual brick-and-beam workspace in downtown Toronto near amenities and easily accessible by public transit. Our teams work in an open-concept environment that promotes cross-functional synergy and casual interactions, including spontaneous foosball and axe throwing matches.

Awards & Recognition
