He was previously General Manager – North America at Gamesys and held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Pala Interactive, a real money and social gaming B2B platform, and at Microgaming, a global aggregator of games for online casinos, and is a former Territory Manager for bwin, a subsidiary of Entain.

Ben has more than 10 years of experience in a variety of financial roles in commodity trading, business valuation and corporate development, oil & gas, technology, cannabis and financial services. He is a CFA Charterholder who worked at Macquarie Bank and Deloitte.

Issac is a Compliance Advisor for NorthStar. He is experienced in delivering compliance solutions and support to regulated gaming entities in Canada and works closely with Canadian regulators including iGO and AGCO. In addition, he has nearly 15 years of experience in compliance, AML, and financial crimes with large Canadian, U.S. and international financial institutions. Issac has strong competency and knowledge in The Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act as well as FINTRAC and other financial crimes regulations in Canada. Issac has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Toronto.
